Car Show with Westerville Sertoma
Flier was discussed (Dennis to looking into printing costs/colored paper)
Need a volunteer to promote the event (see Ron)
Michael to check on less expensive supplier of plaques
Goodie bag stuff is arriving
Charity event for Children’s Hospital – Lap around I-270 (Solicit Donations now)
June 18, 2006 pm – starting location to be decided
Passed out donation packets (see Sara if you need one)
Donation checks make payable to Children’s Hospital
Checking to see if donation is considered a write-off for tax purposes
Potluck picnic afterwards (club will supply plates, napkins, utensils)
T-shirts
Café Press (internet supplier) made Ron’s sample shirt
Dennis volunteered to check out local supplier for shirts
Sara to speak with the Fiero store to find out how they used the Pontiac logo. Below is disclaimer from their website

Columbus Motor Speedway on Saturday 5/20
Meet at Hooter’s parking lot 5:00 pm, leaving at 5:15 pm for track
Admission $12.00/adult
Regular racing program in addition to USAC Ford Focus National Midgets
In case of possible rain, watch the COFE Web site for an event cancellation notice.
June 2006 meeting & event data
June 11th meeting at 1 pm at Panera Bread off Fishinger Rd
June 18th Charity event run. Remember to bring your potluck item
